Who we are

Store Ledger (دفتر المتجر) is made by Farouk Fadly.

No accounts

The app has no sign-in and asks for no personal details to use it.

Your data stays on your phone

Everything the owner enters — stores, products, stock, sales, customers, suppliers, employees including salaries and national ID numbers, and cash records — is stored only in a database on the phone. The developer does not receive, collect, or see any of it.

Backups

A backup is made only when the owner chooses. The owner decides where it goes: kept in the app, saved to a phone folder, or shared to another app or service such as Google Drive, WhatsApp, or email. Once shared, that service's own privacy policy applies. A backup contains all of the data above, including salaries and ID numbers. Pro users can protect a backup with a password. A lost password cannot be recovered by anyone, including the developer.

App lock

Fingerprint or screen-lock checks are handled entirely by the phone's operating system. The app never receives fingerprint data.

Third-party services

App updates

The app contacts Expo's update service to check for and download updates. That service may receive the device's IP address, the app version, and a random installation identifier used to count active installations. No store data is sent.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play (and, on other platforms, their own app stores) and RevenueCat, which confirm whether a subscription is active. The app and the developer never receive payment card details.

Crash and performance information

Google Play may collect crash and performance information from users who allowed it in their Android settings, under Google's own policy.

No advertising

The app has no advertising and no analytics. Data is not sold or shared.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes everything on the phone. Backups shared elsewhere are under the owner's control and must be deleted there.

Changes to this policy

This policy is effective on Oct 2nd 2026. If it changes, the new text is published on this page and in the app. To contact us, write to farouk.fadly@gmail.com.
